Bill owns success of strategic initiatives for RR Donnelley Logistics including setting strategy, project ownership, and delivery of intended business benefits. He is a tireless and creative supply chain thought leader who thrives on rising to new challenges. Prior to coming to RR Donnelley in 2007 he held roles in operations, logistics and distribution, quality and process control, sales, customer service, pricing, planning, and systems implementation.

He enjoys turning difficult business relationships (silos within organizations) into cooperative alliances and improving his organization's performance based on the use of great data analysis. Sharing fresh ideas about Supply Chain Management is important to Bill - he teaches Supply Chain Management in the Chicagoland area for APICS and DePaul and is a frequent presenter at supply chain conferences on various topics.

Bill is also a lifelong learner, having received formal training in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Project Management and Change Management, areas he believes are critical to successful Supply Chain Management. He has recently completed MOOCs on Geospatial Computing, Analytics, and Supply Chain Management.
